The Role: Portuguese speaking advisors to provide superior airline reservation services to customers.

  • Work for a prestigious airline brand on various work streams
  • Assistance to passengers with pre & post flight departure travel-related queries in customer relations department in Portuguese & English languages
  • Work on renowned airline reservations systems & handle voice calls, written correspondence & other multimedia channels daily.
  • Fully paid product and systems training provided.
  • Daily interactions with international passengers regarding queries and compliments
  • Required to meet specific key performance indicators and meet expected client service levels.
  • Demanding and time-sensitive call centre environment
  • Experience our multi-cultural work environment with colleagues from all over the world.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required

  • Native level fluency in Portuguese and English language (Written & Verbal skills required)
  • Completed Grade 12  or Matric equivalent qualification
  • Computer literacy at intermediate level
  • Experience in customer services / call centre / travel and tourism sector advantageous
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve customer complaints and offer alternative solutions

Work Hours

  • Permanent contract: 8-9 hour shifts per day (40 hours per week)
  • Shifts are rostered from Mondays to Fridays on a 24/7 rotational shift basis including Local and Market Public Holidays
  • May be required to work Weekends as operationally required.
  • Work from home may apply (Fibre required)
