How can Outsourcing Address Some of the Biggest Challenges Faced by the Travel and Hospitality Industry?

There is never a dull moment when it comes to the travel and hospitality industry. Things are always changing, from disruptions to technology and everything in between. As we, all know, with change, come challenges. I believe outsourcing can help address some of the challenges faced by the travel and hospitality industry. What are some challenges to which I’m referring and how can you address them?

Terrorist attacks and natural disasters are not new to this sector, but we can definitely see that there has been a rise in incidents. According to the University of Maryland’s Global Terrorism Database; in 2015, terrorist attacks occurred in almost 100 countries—up from 59 in 2013.. The same goes for natural disasters. Scientists have pointed out that natural disaster occurrences have increased and intensified significantly in the last 30 years. Some claim this is an effect of global climate change. Recent disaster records do not refute this claim. Therefore, we can conclude that neither of these challenges will go away anytime soon.
