Originally from the Democratic Republic of Congo, Ampy moved to Cape Town, South Africa to further her tertiary education.
In 2001, she joined Mindpearl as a French speaking Customer Services and Sales Representative and held multiple positions over the years, supporting and later managing global international airline accounts.
With a multitude of experience and hands-on approach, Ampy is currently responsible for a global international airline account. Smooth and seamless customer experience, service delivery and client relationship management are her forte. Let us not forget that she also streamlines processes across departments and our global teams for this prestige client.
Ampy holds a degree in Marketing Management. When Ampy’s head in not ‘in the sky,’ she is spending quality time with her husband and two daughters.
