Employee training and continual development of staff and management is closely linked to the quality of services provided, customer experience and contributes to the success of Mindpearl. Cindy, born and raised in Cape Town, South Africa currently manages and supports the global Training and Quality Team.

Cindy was one of the first employees at Mindpearl Cape Town as a Dutch speaking agent starting in 2001. She has held various positions throughout her career with us and contributes immense value to her colleagues and the organisation.

To unwind, Cindy enjoys the outdoors, 10-day hikes, such as the Camino and travel when time allows. She is also an avid supporter of the marginalised and upliftment of our youth in our communities. Cindy is one of a twin, which can get confusing when they are both in office.
