Born in Brazil, Iago started at Mindpearl Suva in 2016 as a Portuguese CSSR speaker, and soon moved to Cape Town into the role of QA/TR. Fast forward to 2019, Iago commenced as a Team Leader in Peru and in 2024 stepped into the position of Site Director.

Iago is responsible for the contact centre operations in Peru and brings vast experience to the table. He has a bachelor's degree in administration.

His favourite thing to do to relax is trail running. It’s not 20 or 30km, we are talking about running 170km races. Iago spends his vacations traveling and running races around the world, which has become a lifestyle for him. Inspirational right?
