Starting out as the Global Finance Manager for Mindpearl in 2017, Karen stepped into the role of CFO in 2024.

Her financial experience spans across various sectors in both South Africa and Europe.

With a Bachelor of Technology Degree in Internal Auditing, who better than to manage the financial accounting and financial control of all Mindpearl offices including planning, treasury, risk management, reporting, both internal and external, audit, and tax.

It doesn’t stop there; Karen is also responsible for providing financial input to the evaluation of new locations and client pricing scenarios as well as liaising with numerous governmental bodies regarding the provision of grants and other support. 

When not crunching numbers, Karen enjoys the outdoors, getting her hands dirty while gardening and spending time with the family.
