Achieving specified productivity, performance, and financial objectives for both South Africa and Namibia’s operations, is not a small task. However, born and raised in Cape Town, South Africa, Rene is well equipped with her extensive knowledge and experience to manage this function with stamina.

Since commencing with Mindpearl in 2007, she has held various positions over the years, including CSSR, Team Leader, Workforce Analyst, CSSM, Key Account Manager at Mindpearl Fiji, and General Manager at Mindpearl Malaysia.

Returning to Cape Town in 2018, as ‘ home is where the heart is’, Rene currently embraces the role she holds.

Rene enjoys spending time with her family and friends, trying out new restaurants and activities and the odd staycations.
