Simon is based in Melbourne, Australia and is a global AI thought leader. He is the author of “The AI Empowered Customer Experience” and was named in the 2024 CX Top 50 Global Influencers to follow. His CX and AI career spans over 30 years and more than 20 countries. Simon is also a highly acclaimed keynote speaker having presented across the globe on the impact of AI on CX.

As a divergent thinker he creates unique ideas and solutions, often finding the hidden opportunities for businesses to innovate now and win in the future.

When Simon is not talking about AI, his hobbies include his extensive wine collection, travelling and skiing around the world (13 countries to date).
