Starting with Mindpearl in 1999, and currently living in Cape Town, South Africa, Stefan is the driving force behind the organisation and instrumental in providing strategic direction and operational excellence. As the previous CFO, his strong background in management and finance brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in contributing to the company's growth and reputation in the industry.

His inclusive leadership style promotes a diverse and multicultural atmosphere, encouraging collaboration among teams across global offices. His approach is characterised by innovation and a dedication to delivering exceptional service, making him a relatable and inspiring figure within the organisation.

Stefan is dedicated to steering Mindpearl toward even greater success in the ever-evolving world of business process outsourcing.

Stefan holds a BBA from Zurich University of Applied Sciences and an Executive MBA from the University of Cape Town.

Outside of Stefan’s busy schedule, he makes time to travel and enjoys the beauty of nature on wildlife safaris.
